GNU PSPP is a program for statistical analysis of sampled data.  It can perform descriptive statistics, T-tests, Anova, linear and logistic regression, cluster analysis, reliability and factor analysis, non-parametric tests and more.

Stata is a proprietary statistical software package used for data analysis by economists, bioscientists, geographers, among others.
